Delivery:
All orders placed by 1:00 PM CST are shipped the same day (subject to stock availability). Due to
size or weight, some items may require additional time. Normal delivery is 3-5 days for US
orders. Special and custom orders may take up to 2-4 weeks. Please email us if you have any
questions about your order or shipping timeframe. All shipments are discretely and safely
packaged.

take 3-4 business days for your check to clear before your order is shipped. Payments by check
that cannot be processed are subject to a $25 fee.
Private & Goverment Insurance:
Your purchase will include two copies of your order; one for your files and one for you to submit to
your insurance company or Medicare/Medicaid. In order to bring you the absolute lowest everyday
prices, we do not file insurance claims on your behalf.
Shipping and Handling Charges:
Medical Supply Line offers UPS shipping. Rates may vary and are calculated at check out.
Free shipping offers do not apply to Express Air Delivery and certain bulk or oversized items.
Bulk, Oversized and Wholesale Orders:

Sales Tax:
Missouri shipments only: 7.7250% Missouri State sales tax will be applied to all taxable
merchandise. No sales tax will be charged to orders outside the State of Missouri.
Warranties:
Medical Supply Line honors all applicable manufacturer warranties. Please e-mail us at: Returns
for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). In the case of defective or broken
components, return only those components.

Medical Supply Line respects your privacy. We will not sell or share any information about you
with any other company without your expressed written permission. We do not do any
telemarketing (we ask for your phone number in the rare event that there is a problem with your
order, or, if we need to verify credit card information for your protection).

Information We Collect and How We Use It:
When you visit our website, we collect your IP address which is used to administer our website
and improve the quality of our services. Your IP address is used to gather broad demographic
information that does not personally identify you.
To order products from us you must provide “Payment and Shipping Information” such as your
name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card number or other payment
information. This information is necessary for us to process your order, to notify you of your order
status, and occasionally notify you about changes to our website, new products, or special offers
you may find useful.

Because your credit card security is a high priority, we have taken numerous steps to ensure that
your payment information is processed confidentially, accurately and securely. Medical Supply
Line uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) an encryption technology that protects your credit card
information. SSL encrypts all ordering information (name, address, and credit card number) so no
one can read it as it travels over the Internet. As an additional layer of security for orders placed on
the internet, we do not keep records of your credit card numbers or expiration dates on file. This
information is passed directly through to our credit card processing center during the ordering

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 30 days. All returns must be unopened, resalable and contain the original packing material, manuals and blank warranty cards. We will only pay return shipping costs if returned items were shipped in error.
You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Label to return an item. Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) numbers must be obtained from customer service or a sales representative for
any and all returns. To obtain your RMA number simply email us at: Returns Monday through
Friday.
We will ask for the invoice number, date of purchase, quantity, item numbers and reason for return.
Based on this information, a Return Authorization Label may be faxed to you (A restocking form
may need to be signed and approved first).
All merchandise returns are subject to a detailed inspection. Any merchandise unsuitable for
resale will not be accepted (Do not adhere labels to packaging). A minimum restocking fee of 25%
will be applied to all returns less than 30 days. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days. We will
replace or repair defective items based on manufacturers warranty policies.
Upon satisfactory condition, a credit will be issued to your account or Credit Card.
